A director and owner personally oversees all construction projects, from estimation to delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and accountability at every stage. From the outset, you are assigned a dedicated fit-out estimator who works closely with your designer during the concept phase. This collaboration ensures your design is not only visually compelling but also cost-efficient, practical, and optimised for lead times, helping your project progress seamlessly from initial brief through to final handover.
Your Dedicated Delivery Team
Once your project is awarded, you’ll meet your Ben Johnson Interiors delivery team, including a site supervisor and project manager employed directly by us. Your Project Manager oversees the entire fit-out, managing subcontractors, health & safety, budget, and programme delivery. They act as your main point of contact, coordinating progress meetings, producing weekly updates, and ensuring consistent quality throughout the project.
Our delivery team proactively manages snagging to minimise issues at handover, and even post-completion, they continue to meet regularly to resolve any remaining items, maintain operational excellence, and build a long-term, trusted partnership.
