The first initial consultation meeting is free and the aim is to understand the scope of the requirement and gather more information about your needs and wants.
IN-DEPTH DEMONSTRATION AND PROPOSAL
The initial scoping is typically followed by an in-depth demonstration and proposal meeting that involves a discussion about project costs and benefits and the scope of the project. Our accredited document and network consultants will make recommendations based on business analysis and industry expertise.
We can carry out a full assessment of existing filing structures, document processes and systems. We would then produce a feasibility report that outlines the business case for document management, the process of installation and implementation and an initial outline of the software configuration. This document will also set key objectives and goals that any project would need to meet. Any objectives and goals would be produced in collaboration with the client to ensure their acceptance.
A “Proof Of Concept" project can then take place. This is a small installation that is configured using data collected from the Feasibility Study. It is run over a set period of time to ensure all objectives from the Feasibility Study are met.
This is a low risk strategy for anyone interested in investigating how document management would work for them.
Workflow systems that route documents around an organisation can be configured to precise
needs. This can produce huge efficiency gains when dealing with documents that need
authorisation such as invoices, expense forms and holiday requests. It also ensures that processes are standardised and adhered to, thus improving consistency and helping with ISO accreditations.
Subject to proof of concept a large proportion of Windows® based software can be integrated with our document management systems. This helps ensure that existing systems are maximised and that the document management system works in line with existing procedures.

Help Desk support is available during office hours for all enquries and written manuals are provided for reference.
