Invu consultants will work with you from day one, ensuring the planning process is completed in an organised and timely manor. Invu certified engineers will help you through the installation and implementation, ensuring the system is set-up and working to the highest standard. Qualified Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE) provide dedicated support and service where needed.

On-site Training For End Users
Invu consultants will ensure that all end users are trained in the basic functions of the Invu system. They will also spend time training one individual to become a system administrator. This allows you to perform simple in house administration without having to call our engineers and support team in.

Worry-Free Support & Service
Ben Johnson delivers the worry-free support and service that you need and expect. Our Service Controller personally takes your service request. Local people make decisions. Local people respond. Local people make sure you're happy.

Quick Response and Completion
Our award-winning Service Department employs 5 technicians. They provide on-site service with industry-leading response and completion times. For example, this year on average our customers have experienced an emergency copier service response time of 4.2 hours.

Customer Friendly Contracts
Choose service and support contracts customised to your needs. Ben Johnson offers service contracts that include labour and parts and toner supplies. We also offer service on a per-call basis.

Authorized Service Centre
Ben Johnson is an authorised service centre for Invu, Canon, Panasonic, Minolta, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard and many other brands.

IT Consultancy
Ben Johnson's team of experienced specialists can provide expert advice and technical support. We can ensure comprehensive repairs of PCs; computer motherboard and processor upgrades; hard drive and RAM upgrades; installation of peripherals (sound cards, CD-ROMs, modems); and NT network installations, upgrades, and support. Microsoft MCSE (for Windows NT Server) on staff.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
To avoid serious electrical accidents from appliances at work, Ben Johnson can conduct a Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). In accordance with the Health and Safety Executive, we can implement an annual program of tests which ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are met and the welfare of your staff is protected.
