P+L Systems Ltd are European market leaders in the insect control & specialist hygiene categories. With a thirty strong sales and customer service team speaking seven languages between them, P+L Systems continue to lead the industry through innovation and service.
THE PROBLEM
The requirement was for a clean and contemporary office style to reflect the industry standing P+L Systems. Through excellent product knowledge and a clear understanding of our requirements, Ben Johnson ensured that the furniture and fit out reflected P+L Systems as European market leaders. From the early stages of the project Ben Johnsons service and flexibility stood out from other suppliers, as not only offering a highly competitive price, but a certain attention to detail and service which gave them the edge in winning the contract.
The brief given to Ben Johnson worked to a very tight schedule and gave little room for manoeuvre. The tight schedule was managed from the outset and the planning process took the pressure away from P+L Systems, providing confidence in the project of this significant investment for the business. The move in date was set for the 1st of January 2008 and all works were to be completed before Christmas. The deadline was completed with efficiency and an appropriate level of detail.
THE SOLUTION
Ben Johnson was the chosen supplier and project management team for the relocation of the European head office of P+L Systems. From start to finish the consultation process was highly impressive, with a highly experienced project manager on hand from initial design right through to hand over. Ben Johnson offered a complete office solution from design and fit out, through to the supply of all of the furniture for the new head office. Having one supplier to cover all aspects of the fit out made the project run efficiently and a high level of consistency was maintained from day one.
Ben Johnson have had a good working relationship with P+L Systems for many years, being the principle supplier of office consumables and technology such as photocopiers. The excellent job carried out by Ben Johnson on the office relocation only strengthened our relationship, which we expect to continue to develop in the years to come.
The relocation of P+L can only be described as a huge overall success, where all deadlines were met, the project came in significantly under budget and all aspects of the fit out were implemented in a professional manner.
